At SwanBio, we believe gender equality and inclusion are essential, regardless of a company’s size or stage.

We are incredibly proud of the intentional decisions we have made to put female leadership at the forefront of our identity – especially within an industry where diversity and representation of women has historically been lacking. More than 40% of our leadership team and board members are women (compared to the industry average of 31%). We are also very proud of the fact that almost 60% of our Swans are women.
